I will say the free bead that was included did untie , but honestly I didn’t leave enough room and it ended up being too tight so that’s my fault ! So make sure when you tie them you leave enough space for sitting and also movements when working out with weights !also , I can sleep in them just fine ! Not only is it a confidence booster but it makes you feel another level of sexy. I have one tied on my waist and the remainder on my ankle.
